Thanks to the Washington Area Music Association (WAMA) community for selecting Chief Engineer Charlie Pilzer as “Studio Engineer of the Year” at this year’s Wammies Ceremony, held on February 16, 2014 at the State Theater in Falls Church, VA. Airshow had a table at the event and it was great to say hello to so many Airshow clients throughout the evening.
We were excited to cheer on our winning clients, including Smithsonian Folkways, Dede Wyland, Frank Solivan & Dirty Kitchen, Ira Gitlin, Mary Ann Redmond, The Nighthawks, Gay Men’s Chorus of Washington, Tina Chancey, Karen Collins & Backroads Band, The Bumper Jacksons, Marcy Marxer, and all the other talented members of our music scene who were recognized. A full list of nominees and winners is available on the WAMA website.
